Global Delivery Options

We provide FREE Global Express DHL Shipping for all orders. Our shipments are 100% carbon neutral, supporting our commitment to sustainability.

Delivery Timings:

  • UK: Next business day by 12:00 noon.
  • Europe: Next business day.
  • USA & Canada: Delivered by the end of the second business day.
  • Asia: 2-3 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 2-5 business days.

We use DHL Express, the fastest global tracked courier service, to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU Orders:

  • Orders shipped within the EU may be subject to customs, duties, and import taxes at the border. These costs are the customer's responsibility. If you decline the delivery, any fees will be deducted from your refund.

Rest of the World (Ex UK & EU):

  • All orders shipped outside the EU will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in the retail price. If you refuse to pay customs duties, a refund will only be processed once the product is returned.

Note: Sales taxes and duties on international orders are non-refundable. We recommend consulting your local customs bureau for potential refunds on duties.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Meli Melo purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, and the item must be returned within 28 days.

  • Customer-Paid Returns: You are responsible for organizing and covering return shipping costs. Please use a reputable courier with tracking, as Meli Melo is not liable for lost packages without proof of delivery.
  • Items must be in perfect, unused condition, with original packaging. We cannot process returns for damaged or used items, or for bespoke products.
  • Return Exclusions for Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale with a discount of 30% or more are not covered by our product warranty. These items are sold “as-is” and are not eligible for replacement, repair, or refund under warranty claims. Please review the condition and terms of sale before making your purchase.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed once the item is returned to us. Please allow 5-15 days for international banks to process your refund. Bank charges for international transactions are not refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We issue a credit note for exchanges. For non-sale items, if the new item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.

Repairs

We believe in the long-lasting quality of our bags and offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing repairs (excluding metals). If your bag is damaged outside of the warranty period, we provide repair quotes. Contact us with photos of the damage for further assistance.

Warranty Exclusions for Discounted Items

Cancellations

As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving it under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs). Meli Melo also reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for a full refund.
